For all timed assessments, students must sign up a minimum of 14 days prior to the exam date.

UPDATE: Deadline to sign-up for all exams

Student Accessibility and Achievement is pleased to announce that the deadline to register for academic accommodations for Final Exams is now the same deadline as that to sign-up for in-semester tests and exams. Students are no longer required to register 1 month prior to the Final Exam period, and will instead be able to register up until 14-days (including weekends) prior to the exam date.

We still strongly encourage you to register for your Final Exams as soon as possible to ensure that your accommodations are in place on the day of your exam and so that any exam conflicts may be addressed early. The Final Exam schedule is available now and can be accessed via the Central Exams Office website.

ARCHIVED (2020-04-08): Exam sign-up

Note the deadline to register and receive accommodations for midterms, quizzes, and tests during the semester is exceptionally 3 business days prior to the date of your assessment. The 7-day deadline has been temporally suspended.

For midterms, quizzes, exams etc. during the Winter 2020 semester, there is a deadline of 3 business days to sign up to take your exam with the OSD. For April final exams, the deadline to sign up is March 13th 2020. 

Students who have missed the deadline for final exams must complete the exam sign up form, and your late request will be reviewed by an Exam Center staff and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For administrative reasons, we can not guarantee that late requests will be scheduled.

Only students registered with the OSD with an active accommodation plan should use this form.
