The McGill Web Management Sytem is built using the open-sourced Drupal content management system. The system is developed iteratively by the WMS Web Team using the Agile software development methodology. WMS Developers work from a backlog list that contains issues, enhancment requests that have been brought forward by the McGill community and prioritized according to business value using input from WMS Stakeholders.
Every four weeks, the WMS Web Team begins a new iteration, pulling a set amount of work from the backlog list and endeavouring to complete it in the four weeks that follow. Information about the current and previous iterations can be found below.
