Stairway to Health

Below please find the posters that are being utilized for the pilot phase of the Stairway to Health program in the James Administration Building. We plan on expanding the project, which is subsidized by the Office of the Vice-Principal (Administration and Finance), to other University buildings. At that time, individuals responsible for all participating buildings will be able to order their poster selections from McGill Instructional Multimedia Services via this web site.

Why not start by taking one flight up or two flights down? Students, the Admissions, Recruitment and Registrar's Office is only one flight up. Why not take the stairs? In one minute, a 150 pound (70 kilos) person burns approximately 10 calories walking up stairs and only 1.5 calories riding an elevator.
