The role of Human Resources, University Services is to ensure consistent application of University policies and procedures and providing a service oriented delivery to units reporting to University Services.

The Area Personnel Office provides a range of human resource services to management, administrative and support staff and trades in the areas of staffing, training and career development, labor and staff relations, compensation organization and job design, performance management and benefit administration.
