WELCOME TO UNIVERSITY SERVICES

University Services' function is to support a dynamic intellectual community. By providing appropriate facilities and infrastructure and by creating a continuous learning environment in all of our functions, we aim to be responsive and accountable to every member of the McGill community.

  Message from the AVP

Through Ancillary Services, we provide Retail, Parking services, Printing and Mail services. Our mission is to work as a dedicated team in providing the highest quality, most efficient, and cost effective support to the McGill community in all our areas of involvement.

Facilities Operations and Development ensures that all McGill facilities obtain the most efficient, cost effective and environmentally sensitive support services in the areas of Buildings, Grounds and Special Events, Utilities and Energy Management, Building Operations, Project Management, Design Services and Logistics – in support of the University's teaching, research and community service responsibilities.

Our Campus and Space Planning function coordinates the physical planning process required to alter, reallocate, or provide new physical space within the framework of the University Master Plan.

Through University Safety, we provide educational, technical, advisory and operational support to protect the environment and promote a safe and healthy workplace.

We strive for excellence in everything we do. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our students, faculty and staff.
