Getting to and around Montreal
Travel by air:
From the Trudeau International Airport (also known as Dorval Airport) it is easiest to take a taxi or bus service downtown. Buses, limousines, and taxis provide quick, efficient shuttle service between the airport, major hotels and the City Centre Bus Terminal.
A taxi from Trudeau Airport to downtown Montreal costs approx. 38$ CDN (plus tip) for a 20-minute to 40-minute trip (depending on traffic).
The 747 Express Bus links the airport to downtown Montreal.
Be a student for a day
If you visit McGill's downtown campus in October/November (Fall Term) or February/March (Winter Term), you can choose to sit in on a class that is open to visitors and see McGill from a student's perspective.
No pre-registration is required.

The Welcome Centre offers the following tours:
Prospective Students - The majority of tours are given to prospective undergraduate students. They are conducted by McGill students, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), in English and French (by request).
