The installation of containers on the McGill downtown campus must be approved by the Director of Buildings, Grounds, & Special Events and the Manager of Parking & Transportation Services. Project managers must submit the request form below for approval. An email approving or denying the request will be sent by the Director of Buildings, Grounds, & Special Events and the Manager of Parking & Transportation Services within two business days. The form must be submitted at least two business days prior to the proposed container installation date.
All requests must include at least one attachment showing the proposed container location. This can be an AutoCAD extract showing the proposed container location, a scanned document of a manual sketch showing the premises and proposed container location, or a picture of the premises with the proposed container location clearly indicated. Attachments must be .gif, .jpg, .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.
