Video bites: Strategies to engage students in learning

At TLS, we regularly receive questions from instructors asking for ideas to enhance their teaching and improve students’ engagement in class. So, we’ve recorded these 2-3 minute video bites that describe how to implement some strategies we’ve chosen based on relative ease of implementation, suitability for different class sizes, and their representation of a variety of interaction types.

Check out more teaching strategies here.

If you’d like to talk with us about how to implement any of these or other teaching strategies within your particular teaching context, tls [at] mcgill.ca (contact us) for a one-on-one consultation.
