Mercury Departmental Liaisons

Each Academic Unit has a designated individual who serves as the Mercury Departmental Liaison between faculty members and the mercury [dot] info [at] mcgill [dot] ca (Mercury system administrator)
Responsibility of Mercury Departmental Liaison:
- formulate the list of participating courses
- create online course evaluations
- relay information provided by the Mercury System Administrator to instructors
- remind instructors when evaluations are available to students and monitors response rates
- archive course evaluation results for future consultation
- convey updated information, concerns/issues to the Mercury System Administrator
To designate a Mercury Departmental Liaison, the academic unit head must send the person's name and contact information to the mercury [dot] info [at] mcgill [dot] ca (Mercury system administrator). The Mercury system administrator will then provide the contact with further instructions on getting set up with Mercury.
