Mercury Evaluation Periods
Default Evaluation Period
The default course evaluation period for regularly scheduled courses will be the same across the University. The time period normally runs for six weeks, and will end two days after the examinaton period is over.
Condensed Evaluation Period
Academic units, with the prior approval of the Dean, now have the option of reducing the course evaluation period to the day before the start of the examination period. Units wishing to follow this schedule should inform the TLS Mercury System Administrator no later than two months after the beginning of the fall or winter term. Custom Evaluation Period
For courses that do not follow the regular term calendar (e.g.: intensive courses), it is possible for individual questionnaires to have their own start and end dates in order to have an appropriate evaluation period. Please contact your Mercury Departmental Liaison at the beginning of each term so they can insert the appropriate dates.

Winter 2015 term (tentative)
Default dates: March 23 - April 29, 2015
