Dr. Ian Mosby discusses the historical legacies of a series of scientific experiments conducted in a number of Aboriginal communities and residential schools during the 1940s and 1950s. Ian Mosby is a SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Guelph. His first book, Food Will Win the War: The Politics, Culture and Science of Food During Canada's Second World War is scheduled to be released by UBC Press in 2014. He received honourable mention for the Canadian Historical Association's 2013 John Bullen Prize and was the recipient of the Society for the Social Study of Science's 2010 Nicholas C. Mullins Prize.
