The Inistitut du Nouveau Monde presents École d'Été

This summer, the Institut du Nouveau Monde(INM) is proud to present L'École d'Été, a four day event in August which aims to increase public participation from the youth of Québec in the democratic decision-making process.

This must-attend event's mission is to provide in-depth and diverse programming  activities to discuss the big social issues in Québec including: revitalizing regions, aboriginal rights, entrepreneurial development, municipal citizenship, cohabitation and cohesion and social engagement.

Inuit are vulnerable to climate change, and it’s time for new policy to adapt, a group of researchers says in a new report

That’s the message from the Climate Change Adaptation Research Group, led by James Ford of McGill University, who released a paper April 24 about the need for better adaption strategies, especially in health, for Inuit.

Two McGill researchers receive $500,000 grants to find innovative uses for carbon
