Biography
Xuanqian (Shawn) Xie
Shawn joined the CHUM/MUHC Technology Assessment Unit in September 2007. He has a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Southern Denmark and a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Beijing Medical University. Shawn is a certified SAS programmer with experience in clinical research analysis and data management. Shawn's research interests include statistical research, clinical trials design, health economics evaluation and health policy.
Biography
Alison Sinclair
Alison Sinclair joined the MUHC Technology Assessment Unit in September 2010, having graduated from McGill with a Masters degree in Epidemiology in June 2010. She has a BSc in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Victoria, a PhD in Biochemistry from McMasters University, and an MD from the University of Calgary. She has worked as a bench scientist, a medical journal editor, a medical writer, and a clinical scientist in a startup pharmaceutical company.
