Culinary demonstration and tasting with Chef Oliver De Volpi


Join Food & Dining Services Chef Oliver De Volpi at the Royal Victoria Dining Hall where he will demonstrate how to make a healthy, low fat version of Chicken Scallopini and Spinach Fettucini, accompanied by local vegetables.  Pick up tips on how to make the perfect homemade pasta.

Following the demonstration, you will be invited to savor this delicious, Italian lunch. Bring your appetite!
