Procurement Services recently engaged in a series of reflection sessions with its core team to develop a vision statement and goals for sustainable procurement.
The vision statement declares that “Procurement plays a central role as a strategic partner, is empowered and provided with the resources to promote and lead the way to establish sustainable practices and culture at McGill and in the wider community.”

Sustainability Fridays are coordinated by MOOS (McGill Office of Sustainability), and supported by generous partners. Invite your friends to join you at the Faculty Club on Friday, January 31st, 4-6 pm for some warmth, camaraderie, and big ideas.
A professor at the McGill School of Environment and the Department of Natural Resource Sciences, Elena Bennett, spends much of her research time looking at the ways ecosystems interact and provide multiple services for people.
