Once you have confirmed your intention to attend McGill on Minerva at, you must register by adding courses to your record during the registration periods listed at You must register on Minerva and can continue to do so throughout the registration period by adding and dropping courses until you have finalized your schedule.

Note for the Faculty of Law: All first-year students and all new students in the Faculty of Law must register by adding the registration confirmation course REGN RCLW on Minerva at The registration period for new Law students for the 2012–2013 academic year begins Tuesday, July 10, and ends Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

All first-year students and new students must present themselves at the Faculty of Law on Thursday, August 30, 2012 to complete their registration. Welcoming of new students will follow registration.

Returning Students – At the end of the Winter term, students in upper years are required to register on Minerva indicating their course selections for the next academic year.
