NUR1 321 Acute Stressors and Coping (2 credits)

Nursing : Physiological, psychological, and social perspectives are used to examine stress associated with illness, injury, and developmental events. Theories of stress and coping are examined; research findings highlighting the links between stressors, coping responses and health outcomes in individuals and families are reviewed.
