Location: Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI) in
Panama
Enrolment Limit: 26 students
Fees: Students will be required to pay the additional costs
associated with delivering the courses in the field. The cost of the program is
approximately CAD$4,500 (subject to change). This amount does not include airfare, tuition,
insurance, or food. A CAD$1,000 deposit is required and is non-refundable.
Quebec residents may be eligible for a financial subsidy from the
Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS), see

Prerequisites: HISP 218 Spanish Language Elementary or equivalent
proficiency, and MATH 203 Principles of Statistics 1 or equivalent. A CGPA of
3.00 and higher is recommended. The program is aimed at undergraduate students
in their final year.
