Montreal author Sean Michaels, BA’04, has won the 2014 Scotiabank Giller Prize for his ambitious debut novel, Us Conductors. The 32-year-old faced some daunting competition, including fellow McGill grads David Bezmozgis, BA’96, and Heather O’Neill, BA’94.
