McGill Support

There are a number of organizations at McGill that help support student parents. Find out more below.

McGill Student Parent Network

The McGill Student Parent Network (MSPN) is a support system for McGill students who are balancing the demands of university studies with the responsibilities of parenthood. The MSPN organizes regular social events and monthly meetings for student parents and their families, offers free music lessons for children of McGill students, and even provides occasional in-home babysitting.

Though run by Chaplaincy Services, the MSPN is not a faith-based initiative. All services are provided by McGill students who volunteer their time. To get involved, visit the MSPN website, send them an mcgillspn [at] gmail [dot] com (email), or call 514-398-4104.
