Apartment-style residences are popular with students who appreciate the independence of apartment living, but still want to live in the company of their peers. They're also an excellent choice for students with particular dietary needs who are prepared to cook for themselves.

The Greenbriar Apartments are located on University Street, two minutes away from the Milton Gates that provide a thoroughfare to the McGill campus. The building is conveniently situated close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and of course, Montreal's lively downtown.

Two live-in MORE Fellows (the special nickname for Floor Fellows who live in MORE residences) are on-hand to help students adjust to life at McGill and plan social activities.

The 11 month lease means that Greenbriar residents have the option of residing in Montreal for the full year — a pleasure that many students miss out on. Those who do not choose to remain in the city during the summer months are permitted to sublet their apartments. Information on how to sublet is distributed to students in early spring.
