Residence fees are payable monthly and will appear on your monthly tuition statement. Methods of payment are described here.
The rent will be charged in 11 monthly installments, along with a pro-rated charge for the additional days in August beginning with August 25th. Students have occupancy of their residence until July 31st.

Cancellation fees
If you choose to cancel your room reservation prior to moving-in, the following cancellation fees will be charged to your student fee account:
- Prior to August 1, 2013: $500
- August 1 to August 23, 2013 inclusive: $750
- August 24 through September 23, 2013: full deposit amount ($1000)
- September 24, 2013 or later: double the deposit amount ($2000)
Students who wish to cancel their lease and leave Residences after having taken possession of their room will be charged a three month penalty plus room charges, pro-rated to the day the room is vacated and room keys have been returned.
Students who withdraw from the University must also withdraw from Residences. Room rates will be charged, pro-rated to the day the room is vacated and room keys have been returned.
