Registration for Spring 2013 Convocation
Academic staff members who wish to sit on the stage during Convocation ceremonies must register first. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE CAPACITY OF THE STAGE IS REACHED, THE OPTION TO CHOOSE THAT CEREMONY WILL BE REMOVED.
Registration begins April 23 and ends May 10.
If you do not have your own academic dress, please provide the necessary information online. Your regalia will be reserved by the Secretariat with Gaspard LP.
Kindly note that you will have to pick up your cap and gown at the location, date and time mentioned in the automated e-mail message you will receive after completing the registration form.
The day of the ceremony
If you do not have your own academic dress and have provided the necessary information, your cap and gown will be available for pick-up at the McGill University bookstore (3420 McTavish Street).
