Guests in the tent
As seating in the tent is limited, we ask each graduand to limit their guests to four persons. This will ensure that there is seating for each graduands guests. Please note that there are no tickets; seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Guests at Macdonald Campus
This year's ceremony will take place in the Centennial Centre. Guests are restricted to two persons per graduand and admittance will be by ticket only. Tickets will be issued with the line-up cards when you pick up your academic dress.

Simulcast and webcast
An air conditioned room is available to those who prefer not to attend the ceremony in the tent. The ceremonies will be transmitted simultaneously in the Leacock Building Room 132. To reserve a seat in this room, please send us an email.
In addition, for family members and friends who cannot attend at Convocation ceremonies in person, we offer a simulcast on this page the day of the ceremony so that everyone can share in our ceremonies!
