Memoranda of Agreement (MOA)

The relationship between a student association and the University is outlined in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which typically lasts five years. Renewal of an MOA is overseen by the Legal Office.

In general, MOAs deal with the following issues:

Student Associations are required to submit the following documents annually.

  • Audited Financial Statements
  • Proof of Insurance
  • Declaration of Incorporation
