Accepted/refused student list

Students and employers can verify a student's status in the Work Study program via the official Accepted/Refused List.

If a student no longer meets the eligibility requirements for Work Study during the approval period (i.e., drops to part-time status, withdraws from the University or finishes their degree program) the Work Study authorization will be revoked.

Employers must verify whether or not a student has been accepted before hiring them. Employers must then complete a  Work Study Job Assignment form, give a copy to the student and send it to us as soon as possible. We will then remove the job posting from our website and match the student to the job.
