Budgeting

Presented by SSAO Financial Aid Counsellors and tailored to students’ needs according to:

·         Faculty (Law, Medicine, Music, School of Social Work, etc.)

·         Status (undergraduate/graduate)

·         Residence

Topics include:

·         Tackling debt with tools from our Frugal Scholar Money Management Program (FSMMP)

·         Addressing specific financial challenges students face

·         Providing students with core funding options

Canada Student Loans

We no longer hold workshops on Canada Student Loans. The National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) holds regular webinars on repaying your government student loans.

Topics include:

·         Repayment Assistance Plan (RAP)

·         Payment options

·         Consolidation Agreement

·         Watch a recorded webinar

You can watch the recorded webinar at any time. It presents the same information as a live webinar, but you won't be able to ask questions nor receive handouts.
