Where we are going!

Student Accounts is pleased to be part of the exciting project to integrate certain services to students. We will be moving to the Service Point in Spring 2010 to be located at street level at the corner of Sherbrooke and McTavish (McLennan Library). Look for announcements on this project at www.mcgill.ca/integratedservices.

Normal Office hours


The Student Accounts Office regular opening hours are:

Monday to Friday          9:30 am to 5:00 pm
We are closed between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day from Thursday, December 23, 2010 to Friday, December 31, 2010 (inclusive) and the following statutory holidays:

Extended Hours


from August 24, 2010 to September 11, 2010 and the first week of January, the office will be open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for in-person service.


Here are some ways in which you could help us to improve our service:

  • During peak periods, when trying to reach us by telephone be sure you have exhausted all other possible information sources. Be sure to check our web site or Minerva for the latest information.
  • When you have questions regarding courses or registration they should be directed to your faculty. This includes questions regarding late course changes, withdrawal, late registration, etc.
  • Finally, check your student newspapers for fee announcements throughout the year.
