All fees are in Canadian Dollars. Payment can be made by Mastercard, VISA, American Express or check. Upon completion of your registration and online payment, a confirmation with your receipt will be sent to your email. All fees must be paid in full by June 12, 2012.
In the event of cancellation, you are entitled to a refund of 90% of your registration fees if you cancel before June 1, 2012. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the STLHE 2012 Conference Administrator via email at stlhe2012sapes [at] mcgill [dot] ca. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2012. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
