Isabelle Pearson is currently the head physiotherapist for the Canadian Judo Team. She devotes her practice to the care of the judo athletes on the team and she coordinates the medical activities related to Judo Canada’s Integrated Sport Team. In the past, she has worked in a private clinic and a rehabilitation centre treating orthopedic, sport and rheumatology clienteles.
Isabelle Pearson’s interests include Orthopedic Physiotherapy, Manual Therapy as well as Sport Physiotherapy. She previously collaborated in studies examining cervical muscle strength deficits in chronic whiplash and the effect of pain and fear of movement on these measurements as well as the predictors of outcome in a whiplash clientele. She is currently devoting most of her time to teaching and clinical practice.
