Bernadette Nedelec, PhD, BSc OT(c), erg., Associate Professor in the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy, was awarded the prestigious Harvey Stuart Allen Distinguished Service Award by the American Burn Association at their 2009 annual meeting held this March in San Antonio, TX. This award is presented to an outstanding North American scientist for his/her contribution in the burn field.
