Course requirements by stream

The Master of Information Studies (MISt) program has two streams: Course-based and Research Project. Students in the program select a stream after they have completed a core set of core required MISt courses. Students in both streams develop an individualized course of study in consultation with an advisor comprised of a set of required courses, complementary courses in areas of interest, and optional elective courses.

For a listing of courses and descriptions, please see the MISt courses page.
