Thursday November 21, 2013, for consideration by the Senate Steering Committee on November 26, 2013.
Thursday January 9, 2014, for consideration by the Senate Steering Committee on January 14, 2014.
Thursday February 6, 2014, for consideration by the Senate Steering Committee on February 11, 2014.
