Project title: Expression of deadenylases during oogenesis

Project description: The goal is to determine which genes encoding deadenylases are expressed in mouse oocytes at different stages of development. Analysis will be done using the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction technique.

Prerequisite: 1 term completed at McGill + CGPA of 3.0 or higher; or permission of instructor.
