| Project description: | pp32 is a acidic nuclear phosphoprotein that shuttles between the cytoplasm and nucleus. This protein has shown tumor suppressive function in breast cancer and lung cancer. In this project, we will try to compare the outcomes between the normal and mutated forms of pp32 in 4T1 cells. |
