| Project title: | Analysis of claudin-10 isoforms in the chick gastrula |
| Project description: | Several members of the claudin family of tight junction proteins are expressed in the chick embryo at gastrulation. Claudin-10 mRNA is expressed in a unique pattern. At least 2 different alternatively spliced Claudin-10 isoforms have been reported. The goal of this project is to determine which of these isoforms are present at gastrulation. |
