Residences and Student Housing offices are located at University Hall Residence (formerly the Diocesan College) at 3473 University Street. Please visit us from 9am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Each year McGill welcomes 2,700 undergraduate and 200 graduate students to our dorms, apartments and shared-facilities houses.
In the summer, our residences are open to visitors looking for reasonably-priced accommodations in downtown Montreal.
Most of our residents are first-year undergraduate students, although a small number of upper-year students return each year as student leaders. Click here fore more information about Undergraduate Residences.

Summer accommodations to suit every price range are available from mid-May to mid-August. Stay in air-conditioned luxury and take advantage of the full conference facilities at the New Residence Hall (formerly the Hotel du Parc) or enjoy inexpensive accommodation in our dormitory-style residences just steps from beautiful Mount-Royal Park and Montreal's lively downtown.
