Darwin Web Form for New Login Access Requests

This Web form is to request new login access to the Darwin Software only.

Note that for suggestions in software refinement, issues and questions, please refer to the manuals, the FAQ or send an email to darwin [at] mcgill [dot] ca (Darwin Support).

If you have received an email stating that you should have your access renewed, please be advised that access renewal will be done automatically by a member of the ACO. Please do not fill out the form below for renewals.  For any difficulties with access, please email animalcare [dot] rgo [at] mcgill [dot] ca (ACO).

If you are not the Principal Investigator (PI), you must also have your PI send an email to the animalcare [dot] rgo [at] mcgill [dot] ca (ACO) to specify and confirm which of the following functions you should be granted:

  1. animal orders

  2. protocol management (writing, submitting and amending)

  3. financials/invoices

  4. view protocols only

 This includes those not handling animals but managing protocols and/or order animals.
