Birks Chapel

This two storey, galleried chapel seats about 150. It originally reflected the interdenominational nature of the original colleges, and the ecumenical intention of Divinity Hall, now the Birks Building. Its more recent function reflects the pluralism of the campus, and the variety of faiths within the Faculty of Religious Studies and McGill itself. In addition to regular services, the chapel is open to all members of the McGill Community for weddings, baptism and memorial services. Special ceremonies marking the beginning and ending of the academic term are also held.
Service schedule
Services are held during the term by and for staff and students of the Faculty.
