The Academic Leadership Forum (ALF) is a series of professional development sessions for academic administrators, including Department Chairs, Institute Directors, Associate Deans and Deans. ALF aligns with McGill’s key priorities and forms a continuing conversation about best practices and institutional management.

ALF events are held throughout the academic year.
