- Contribute significantly to inter-disciplinary developments by re-enforcing foundational disciplines in Faculties
- Support academic priorities by ensuring the highest quality service from all support areas
- Create a work environment conducive to enhanced productivity and improved job satisfaction for all personnel
- Develop internal performance indicators and measure progress externally against selected peer institutions
