uPrint Administrative Policy

As part of the University's uPrint Administrative Policy, an administration centre has been established for all its photocopiers

Through a competitive bid process, McGill has entered into an agreement with Xerox Canada for the provision of equipment and related maintenance.

Ancillary Services, Printing and Mail Services is the operating unit charged with the responsibility of administering all the University's photocopier units. Standard ordering procedures do not apply to photocopiers. 

Before requesting the replacement or upgrade of a copier, you may want to consider using the full-service facilities in place at the McGill Copy Service (extension 5560) and at McGill Printing Services (extension 6300).
