Training Workshop on Social Media and Demographic Methods

This workshop will provide an introduction to tools for collecting data from social media. Examples of applications will include Twitter, Facebook public pages, and Facebook Adverts Manager. It will also present examples of demographic and computational methods that can be used to gain insights from these data. Participants will also discuss recent developments and ideas in the emerging field of digital demography
