Giacomo Marchisio, LLM'15, DCL'17, is a Research Associate and lecturer at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, where he teaches and researches in the areas of evidence law, comparative civil procedure and ADR. He holds a doctoral degree and master of laws from McGill University, and a JD from the University of Turin. Dr Marchisio is the Academic Coordinator of the Private Justice and the Rule of Law Research Group and the former Editor-in-chief of the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution. He is a member of the International Task Force on Mixed Mode Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine School of Law) and of the ICC Task Force on emergency arbitration.
