Analysis, Planning, and Budget (APB) is a team within the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice-President (Academic).

APB provides support to the President and Vice-Chancellor, the Provost and Executive Vice-President (Academic), and other members of McGill’s senior administration with analyses and services, ensuring informed decisions and successful delivery on strategic goals. APB oversees the preparation of McGill’s operating budget (unrestricted fund), the allocation of resources to meet institutional objectives, and works closely with academic and administrative units to forecast revenues and expenses.
