Job opportunities at the OSD - Casual employment for students
The OSD, each year, employs many students to fulfil its mandate. Here are some of the categories of casual employment available:
We are currently hiring invigilators for the Fall 2017 Semester Final Exam session. Please sign up using the 'Invigilator training Sign-Up' form on the left-hand side of this page to sign up for one of the training dates.
If you would like to get a grasp as to what the Invigilator position entails before signing up for a training session, feel free to read through the Invigilator's Manual.
If you wish to become a note taker and receive a payment for scanning and submitting your notes for the use of students registered with our office, please come to the OSD to apply. Please bring a sample of your notes. You may submit a scanned sample, or notes typed in Word format by email, but you will need to come in physically to log into the matching software (EZnote).
Graduate Students are hired for a number of tasks requiring specific skills. Please contact patricia.diazdelcastillo [at] mcgill.ca (Patricia Diaz del Castillo) for more details on the positions available.
