Applications to the MSc Applied On-Campus program in Occupational Health will be accepted until January 15 for the academic year starting in September 2015. A bursary of 1000$ will be awarded to one of this year's applicants through the Dr. Premysl Mike Pelnar Academic Enrichment Award. Please click here for admission procedures.
The Department offers two graduate degree programs in occupational health: a doctorate (PhD) and a Master (MSc - Applied) degree program in Occupational Health Sciences. The master's program is available on campus or in a distance-learning format.
The Department offers an annual award to a meritorious student in occupational health and safety. The award is designated as the Dr. Premysl Mike Pelnar Academic Enrichment Award.
Established through a generous anonymous donation honouring Dr. Premysl Pelnar, a renowned occupational health physician. Eligibility: Awarded to graduate students registered in the Occupational Health Program to further their training and professional activities in the field of occupational health. Awarded by the Chair of the Department upon consultation with the Faculty. Value: $300 - $600 (or more) per year.
