Departmental academic funding

Hospital teaching sites may offer financial support to their own Department of ObGyn staff to attend meetings, conduct research, etc.  Although the modes of funding may vary from site to site, each hospital site encourages and supports academic endeavours in various ways.

The Academic Enrichment Fund (AEF) of the MUHC-Royal Victoria Hospital site provides funding for meetings, courses and projects. The MUHC AEF Finance Committee (Terms_of_reference)  will review applications from ObGyn staff at MUHC for the following:

• Scientific meeting or course attendance >> Application
  
• Project (research or clinical) >> Application
