The Ingram School of Nursing Award for Excellence in Preceptorship/Advising is an annual award that recognizes nurse preceptors and advisors who have made outstanding contributions to the clinical education of students.
Award recipients are selected based on the following criteria:
- Nurse acts as a positive role model.
- Nurse demonstrates excellence in teaching.
- Nurse encourages students to achieve their personal best.
- Nurse provides a supportive learning environment.
