Meditation @ Thomson House is a network for McGill grad students and postdocs who are interested in meditation practice, mindfulness, stress relief, life balance, and relaxation. We host a free weekly Meditation Hour, on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Join us for a break in your day to cultivate focus and inner peace. No advanced registration or previous meditation experience necessary; each session is designed to be accessible to anyone interested. Mats are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

All Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences students and staff are invited to attend a two-part seminar on Research Ethics and Conduct. The objective of the Research Ethics and Conduct Seminar is to educate graduate students on the different policies and guidelines that touch on scientific research dealing with humans, animals, plants and the environment; and laboratory safety when dealing with biohazardous materials.
